1.5 Safety, Moderation, and Report Data (Required for UGC Safety)

To ensure compliance with our platform safety guidelines, we collect and process data regarding user-to-user interactions, including:

• Logs of content flagged by users as objectionable or abusive.
• Data regarding which users you have blocked.
• Secure, anonymized hardware identifiers (Device IDs) and IP addresses of users who have been reported or ejected for violating our terms, solely for the purpose of enforcing permanent bans.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To create, manage, and verify your account.
• To provide and improve the App’s features and services.
• To facilitate interactions and matchmaking between users.
• To send you administrative information, such as updates, policy changes, and security alerts.

• To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the App.
• To strictly enforce our Zero-Tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users, including executing 24-hour reviews of flagged content and executing user bans.

• With Other Users: Your public profile information, distance/location (if enabled), and any content you post publicly will be visible to other users. Anonymous postings hide your identity from users but are logged by our backend administrators for safety.
• With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, automated moderation filtering).
• For Legal Reasons and Safety Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or when necessary to protect the safety of our users and eliminate abusive behavior on the platform.
• With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices & Controls

5.1 Account Upkeep and In-App Deletion

You may update, correct, or delete your profile information at any time by accessing your account settings within the App. In compliance with platform requirements, you may fully delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the App settings menu by selecting "Delete Account." Alternatively, you can request full account deletion by contacting us at contact@goflirt.app.

5.2 Location Information

You can disable location services on your device at any time; however, this will significantly affect the functionality of proximity-based matching features of the App.

5.3 Notifications & Privacy Controls

You can manage your notification preferences and user interaction settings (including managing your blocked users list) directly inside the App settings.

6. Age Restrictions & Community Privacy

The App is strictly intended for adults and users over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under 18, we will immediately take steps to permanently delete such information and terminate the associated account.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
